I checked under it's other title and couldn't find it either. It would indeed appear to be PD, though as you said it's possible that we are wrong (Who'd a thought "Toast of the Town" was still under copyright? Considering it was broadcast, and then re-broadcast several weeks later in Alaska, without a copyright notice, I am shocked that some bums are allowed to claim copyright on it)
